Job Description

  • Role Overview



      PopCykol is looking for a talented, energetic Executive Assistant to support our leadership team by helping us connect with potential customers. In this role, you’ll use company-provided call and email scripts to reach out to caregivers, schools, and organizations, introducing them to PopCykol’s cybersecurity awareness consultative services.

      You’ll be the first friendly voice and warm introduction to the PopCykol family — making a big impact on our growth and helping us protect more families online!

  • Primary Role and Responsibilities



      •Make outbound calls and send emails using PopCykol’s outreach scripts.

      •Share PopCykol’s mission and services in a clear, positive, and friendly way.

      •Schedule consultations and follow-up meetings with potential clients.

      •Help keep accurate records of contacts, conversations, and appointments.

      •Assist with refining our outreach scripts and customer communications.

      •Provide administrative support to the leadership team (calendar management, follow-ups, and documentation).

      •Verify lists of schools’ contact information.

      •Provide press kits and brochures to potential clients.

      •Represent PopCykol’s brand with professionalism, heart, and a mission-first mindset.

  • Assistant Traits



      •Friendly and confident voice (phone work will be a big part of this role!)

      •Natural sales skills — you love connecting with people and explaining great ideas.

      •Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

      •Comfortable using Google Drive, Gmail, and MS Office.

      •Interest in cybersecurity, internet safety, and digital education is a big plus!

      •Trustworthy, Collaborative, Good Listener.

      •Strong writing and error-free communication skills.

      •Perseverance in the face of Nos, but you keep going! Resilient attitude.

      We’re excited to meet candidates who share our passion for protecting kids online! Our hiring process is simple and personal:

      • First Interview: You’ll meet 1-on-1 with the owner of PopCykol to learn more about our mission, the role, and your career goals.

      • Second Interview: You'll meet with our Brand Officer who will share more about our company culture, projects, and how we work together.

      Pay rate: $21/hour for 15-20 hours per week.
